Beef production

Our herd is driven by animal welfare.

Pastures in the cork oak forest with cattle promote the biodiversity of species and increase the content of organic matter in the soil, with the consequent carbon sequestration.

Livestock activity is fundamental for the sustainability of the territory. Without livestock it is very difficult to make an economic activity profitable on a mixed farm of irrigated, dryland and forest land.

Breeding

The bulls we raise follow the same management as the commercial herd, they do not have any different treatment. We want bulls adapted to the countryside, based on grazing and genetics improved in these natural conditions. Our bulls born in the meadow, depend on their mothers' milk and the quality of the pasture. They are subject to a rigorous selection and improvement process.
